Congratulations to Robyn Sanders and "Cuda" on winning the Starters event at the 2003 National Agility Competition held in Wellington.  The NAC is held every second year.  Heats are held throughout the country to select ten Starters dogs (two from each Zone) and 15 Open dogs (three from each Zone) to travel, expenses paid, to Wellington for the final.  It's quite an achievement to even qualify, but to win, I'm sure was a dream come true for Robyn.

"Barracuda ADX"

According to Robyn, Cuda is a 4 year old bitza.  Her breeding is anybody's guess as she is a rescue dog.  At seven months old she turned up on someone's doorstop and wouldn't leave.

Until she discovered rabbits, Robyn and Cuda attempted seach & rescue training, but she would find the person then disappear to go hunting.

Being a hyperactive destructive child, they began agility to give her something to do.  After 18 months she eventually stopped running out of the ring and won out of Starters with Novice soon following.
